2015年12月9日至11日，內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)鴻德學(xué)院外語系主任，巴基斯坦研究中心主任唐俊受邀參加巴基斯坦拉合爾政府大學(xué)中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊國(guó)際會(huì)議，并在會(huì)議做了A Blueprint of 2,300 Acres of Land---An Analysis of the First Economic Zone in Gwadar, Pakistan的主題報(bào)告。

此次會(huì)議由巴基斯坦政府大學(xué)，巴基斯坦高等教育委員會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦， 50多個(gè)國(guó)際研究機(jī)構(gòu)和高等學(xué)院，包括中國(guó)、美國(guó)和歐洲的專家學(xué)者參加了此次會(huì)議。會(huì)議以中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊為中心，就其挑戰(zhàn)與前景、戰(zhàn)略意義、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)影響及中巴關(guān)系進(jìn)行了全方位的研討。

研討會(huì)上，會(huì)議主辦方對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)鴻德學(xué)院的中巴教育交流作出了高度評(píng)價(jià)，對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)鴻德學(xué)院巴基斯坦研究中心的工作表示認(rèn)可。旁遮普高等教育委員會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)對(duì)八名在鴻德學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)的巴基斯坦籍學(xué)生表示關(guān)注，詳細(xì)詢問了他們?cè)邙櫟聦W(xué)院的學(xué)生生活情況，并表示原意與鴻德學(xué)院進(jìn)一步合作，派遣巴基斯坦留學(xué)生。

LAHORE: 09 December : An international conference on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will commence on Wednesday at the Government College University (GCU) Lahore under the auspices of its Centre of Excellence China Studies (CECS) and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

As many as 50 eminent academicians and policymakers - including 20 from China and seven from the US and Europe - are participating in the two-day conference.

CECS Director Dr Khalid Manzoor Butt said the economic corridor project would have long term impacts on the region, adding that the conference would explore economic, political, strategic, cultural and social dimensions of the multibillion dollars project.

The eight technical sessions of the conference include CPEC: Challenges and Prospects; Sino-Pakistan ties; Economic, political and strategic dimensions of CPEC; Strategic significance of Indian Ocean and Socio-cultural and media perspectives on CPEC.

Dr Butt said that Chinese experts had already arrived at the GCU to share their insights and recommendations at the conference.Daily Times.
