講誠信的巴基斯坦人

      有個朋友給我發(fā)了一個巴基斯坦人的身份證照片，告訴我說，這個老巴從義烏進貨不付款，一位中國大姐來到Faisalabad市追討20多萬的欠款時，他還報警抓了那位大姐，這個朋友還告訴我這個老巴中文名字是月亮，還有個中國老婆，叫我把轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給認識的朋友，小心上當(dāng)受騙。

A friend sent me a photo of a Pakistani’s ID card and told me that this man did not pay for the goods he purchased from Yiwu. When a Chinese lady came to Faisalabad to ask for arrears, more than 200,000 , he called the police and send this lady into bar. This friend also told me the man Chinese name, and he also has a Chinese wife

    經(jīng)常聽見人覺得巴基斯坦人不講誠信，信口雌黃，說過的話不算數(shù)，最常用的話術(shù)是“Insha Allah”。中國人有句話叫謀事在人成事在天，而一些巴基斯坦人確是謀事、成事在天。

I often hear people think that Pakistanis do not have credibility and integrity. The most commonly used words are "Insha Allah". The Chinese have a saying that it is a matter of doing things, however, some Pakistanis think everything is decided by God.

      當(dāng)然，這種感覺我也有，大凡是打包票后面加個Insha Allah，我都知道事兒肯定不會成。

Of course, I also have this feeling. I never trust any one give me promise plus Insha Allah. I know that things will definitely not happen.

     但誠信這事，一定不能簡單按照國籍、地域來區(qū)分，如果那個叫月亮的老巴和他的中國老婆不是沆瀣一氣、一丘之貉，那么欠錢不還的事情也就不存在了。

But the matter of good faith must not be distinguished by nationality and geography. You see, the Pakistani and his Chinese wife are just like, you know, if his Chinese wife is a honesty woman, this thing would not happen.  Birds of a feather flock together.

     我就想說說一些非常有誠信的巴基斯坦人的故事。

I want to talk about the stories of some very honest Pakistanis.

    扎卡有個同學(xué)J，J家住距離KPK省Attock一個多小時車程的村子里，大約是像我小時候的樣子，家里很窮，他父親常年在沙特做勞工，一年半載不回家一次，掙的錢全部拿來養(yǎng)家糊口了。J是家里非常爭氣的一個孩子，學(xué)習(xí)成績非常好，父親不遺余力地支持他上學(xué)，但家中的其它弟弟妹妹也都陸陸續(xù)續(xù)地上了學(xué)后就無法給他提供更多的學(xué)費了，那時他恰好上高中。

Zaka has a classmate J, J who lived in an village more than an hour's drive from Attock in KPK province. It was like when I was a child. The family was very poor. His father worked as a laborer in Saudi Arabia, could only return home after a year or two. All the money earned is used to support the family. J is a very competitive child at home. His academic performance is very good. His father spared no effort to support him to go to school, but the old man could not provide more resource after J’s younger siblings also went to school. At that time, he Just in high school.

    在巴基斯坦，扎卡說沒有什么銀行跟學(xué)校接觸，提供無息貸款，好在公立大學(xué)的學(xué)費非常低，幾百塊錢就可以上一個學(xué)期了。

In Pakistan, Zaka said that there are no banks work with school and provide interest-free loans for the poor student. Fortunately, the tuition fees of public universities are very low, a few hundred RMB can be used for one semester.

    我們國家有助學(xué)貸款，我還記得我大學(xué)時候助學(xué)貸款銀行要了縣級貧困證明，戶口本，父母親身份證，錯一個字都不行，銀行又是核對又是按手印，有的人嫌棄麻煩又不是很差錢的就沒貸款了。

Our country has a student loan. I still remember that when I was in university, the bank required a county-level poverty certificate, a household registration book, and parental ID card. The bank  checked every details, even a number wrong, they will deny the application. Lots of process that some people did not take the loan if they do not have too critical finance issue.

   但在他所在的地方有個高中，無償給學(xué)生提供貸款，且不簽合同，無須擔(dān)保人！還款全靠自覺。如果不還款也不會有人來追要，更別說征信系統(tǒng)這一類的東西了。學(xué)校以這種方式資助很多學(xué)生上了大學(xué)，現(xiàn)在還在一直持續(xù)，并沒有因為沒錢繼續(xù)資助后來的人。

But there is a high school in his place, providing loans to students free of charge, and not signing a contract, no guarantor! Repayment is done by self-consciousness. If you don't pay back, no one will chase you, do not even think of credit system. In this way, the school sponsored many students to go to college, and it is still continuing, and there is always enough money to continue to fund later people.

    最初的資金不知道是誰提供的，但后來的年月里，很多人回去還了貸款，有的人還完了貸款后并沒有停止繼續(xù)給學(xué)校打錢。

Never know who provide the initial funds, but in the years to come, many people went back to pay the loans, and some people did not stop paying for the school even after the loan is cleared.

   J后來成了扎卡的同事，他的貸款早就還完了，但每年每月他都在給當(dāng)初給資助他上學(xué)的那個學(xué)校打錢，以同樣的方式回報著那個給他幫助的地方。

J later became a colleague of Zaka. His loan was over long time ago, but every year every month, he send some money to the school that funded him. In the same way as the junior did.
